After 12 hours flying at 41,000′ over the gorgeous water and clouds towards Bangkok, we made a pit stop in Japan for dinner. Well, dinner for us. It’s lunch tomorrow here. (How’s that work again?!?)
Brad experienced a very hands-on Japanese welcoming. I watched and tried not to take pictures. It was security after all. 😋
Some good sashimi and great people watching, and then it was time to pay our bill…
We got to enjoy paying for a bill we had no idea what it said. But hey it’s our Honey Adventure.
When you’re on an adventure you even enjoy a half beak of something…
We have a couple more hours until the next leg of our trip. Until then we are set up in a odd coffee/bar listening to “Total eclipse of the heart.”

Oooooo! Sushi lookin good. Beak of WHAAAAAT!?? That sake could make that “beak of whatever” go down easier….yikes. Brad, is that a chopstick stand? Hmmmmm
Hahah 🙂 it was actually a good “beak” 🙂 don’t worry, those were wooden chopsticks, not the metal stirring ones you were thinking about
