Yesterday, during what could only be a record breaking high temperature for a Christmas Eve day, we decided to tire out the new (4 year old) puppy by taking him for a hike and a swim in the Wissahickon River. His name is Snoopy, and my family is training him for water rescue. Currently he’s passed his ‘guppy,’ ‘tadpole’ and ‘frog’ swim classes…someday he might be able to rescue multiple people in one go!

Before that we did a bit of hiking, and Snoopy met some horses.
