It was 5 weeks until our Wedding Day. Everything was going smooth. Plane tickets purchased, hotels reserved and RSVP list and budget were set. We were feeling pretty good about our big day.
We knew there would be hiccups and hang ups. But this… this was a first! We got an email from our venue. Our wedding was cancelled. Or at least our wedding at their venue was cancelled.
The incredible range of emotions you go through… there are few words that can capture how we felt. But, after a few hours of shock and disbelief we got to work figuring out a new venue.
We had a fully planned wedding and needed a special place to put it. We discovered The Loft at Liz’s in our search. Randi was quick to get back to us with availability. Easy to meet with to see the space. Within in days of losing a venue, we had one! The wedding was back on track.
There was a kitchen for our Chef, a spot for the live band, hookups for the DJ, a room for the bar and photo booth. Space to dance, art covered the walls and fit in perfectly with our vision.
We had our dream wedding and cannot thank Randi and Yvonne at the Loft at Liz’s enough. They helped before, during and after to make our night special. We were able to enjoy our party!
No matter what your event is, this space is uniquely special. It’s a true gem. A treasure above the famous Liz’s Hardware, right in Los Angeles. We will be enjoying stories and memories of this night for the rest of our lives.
Randi and Yvonne, you two were truly wonderful, helpful and an absolute delight. We are grateful to have your knowledge and input in setting up out big day.
